Please read through the following information to help you make a claim on your Accident Product Warranty.
Already Registered Your Warranty?
If you have previously registered your Accident Product Warranty, please login and add a claim against your relevant plan.
Not yet registered your Warranty?
If you are a new customer who has not yet registered your Accident Product Warranty, please create a new account and register your plan.
From there, you can login and make a claim.
Need Help?
Please call the Care Cover Customer Service Team and they will assist you to register your plan and make a claim. Please have the following information ready:
- Your Protection Plan card with its unique number, from inside the Care Kit box supplied by the retailer.
- The Sales Docket/Tax Invoice, listing the items purchased.
